Eric Hadley, Team Lead
Real Estate Professional
Eric Hadley has lived in Marion County for over 20 years and he is passionate about helping people reach their goals. Whether he is helping people with a Real Estate transaction or involved with an over-seas Mission Trip, his goal is to serve others with the heart of a teacher.
Eric runs one of the most successful Real Estate teams in Marion County and has extensive experience in New Construction, Vacant Land, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Working with Sellers, Working with Buyers of all types, and Investment Properties.

Hannah Salgado
Real Estate Professional
Hannah has lived in various cities across the state of Florida, Texas, and Georgia but has called Marion County home for almost 5 years with her husband and two precious dogs.
She enjoys reading, traveling, watching college football (Go Miami Hurricanes!), fellowship, and spending time with family and friends.
Hannah specializes in helping buyers of all types with their home searches across Marion, Citrus, Levy, Lake, Sumter, and Alachua counties. Past buyers have commended Hannah for her patience, knowledge, and kindness.

Ashley Dush
Real Estate Professional
Ashley is originally from North Carolina, but moved to Marion County 20 years ago and loves all it has to offer.
She has served this community for many years as a teacher, a coach, and a girl scout. Currently a youth leader at her Church and loves to watch their growth.
Her hobbies include: enjoys watching sports, spending quality time with Family and Friends, iced coffee(just iced), roller coasters, kayaking, and most importantly, Ashley loves to help others.
One of Ashley’s core principles is people over profits.
Andrew McKinley
Real Estate Professional
Andrew was born and raised in Citrus County and has called Central Florida his home for over 30 years. He has worked in many fields including archaeology, teaching, digital design, church ministry, home services, and real estate, which gives him a diverse understanding of owning a home in our area.
Aside from his career, Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife Madison, watching sports (all of them), home improvement projects, and serving in his local church.
Andrew loves calling Citrus and Marion County home and hopes to help you feel the same way.
